About this recording...This album was cut monaurally and stereo phonically in thee sessions at A & R Studios New York City with Phil Ramone at the control board with Quincy Jones as Musical Director.Various microphones were used to record each instrument group. The sessions were recorded on Ampex 300 tape recorders at 15 inches per second.
