Discussion about Various - Always Believe In The Underground - Vol. 1
Globus
In late 1987, the original US acid house production infected the UK underground dance culture & reely exploded there during the next year. It became reely overground during a whole year. Finally, by the end of 1989, nobody would use the acid sound & it totally disappeared...for about 2 years only.By the end of 1991, it was German techno producers's turn. The acid sound was coming back & for this second time, coupled with the German techno sound domination. Not a revival but definitely an evolution of this sound, & a new start for the techno & house culture in Europe. 1992 & 1993 years can be considered as the second "Golden Age" in the acid movement. This compilation features some of best examples of this rebirth with tracks like "Isopropophlex by AFX", "Cosmic Love by Resistance D", "A friend Of Mine... by -I-" or "Magnetic by ADSX" to name a few.
