Christian Witt and the Get Physical regular, Takis team up to create a joint project titled Boot Slap. They've thrown us a couple tracks and we felt we needed to share them. So here's MGL003 - Boot Slap - Dancing Shadows, enjoy! 'Show Patience' opens the EP with a body shaking beat, bass drums with heavy groove generate a sweaty vibe. The percussion track continues to build as Boot Slap introduces Takis' vocal sample before dropping the bass bomb. This peak-time-tempo-setter opens up and doesn't let go, a must for all deep sets.This brings us to our title track, with a bit more House influence than the previous, lending at hand to brighter percussion and thicker, more aggressive bass lines. The track builds on tension and creates a kind of pressure before bringing in the chords to melt everything together and become a true gem. We are very excited about this one, and very happy to hear from Takis once more.
